How to set up medication schedule

Set up your GLP-1 medication schedule in Dosio for reminders, dose timing, and estimated medication levels.

Open Medication Settings

  1. Go to Settings and tap Medication Settings.
  2. Alternatively, if you haven't set up a schedule yet, you can tap the "Setup Schedule" card directly on the Home screen.

Create or Update Schedule

  1. Tap Create Schedule (or Update Schedule if you already have one).

Enter Medication Details

  1. Medication: Select your specific medication from the list (e.g., Ozempic®, Mounjaro®).
  2. Dosage: Enter your prescribed dosage (e.g., 0.5).

Configure Schedule

  1. Frequency: Select how often you take your medication (default is every 7 days).
  2. Preferred Time: Set the time you prefer to take your shot. This determines when you'll receive reminders.
  3. Next Shot Date: Select the date of your next planned injection.
    • Note: If you just took your shot, select the date for your next one (e.g., next Friday).

Save

Tap Save or Create to finish. Your schedule is now active, and you will see your "Next Shot" countdown on the Home screen.
