How to log a shot

Learn how to log a GLP-1 shot in Dosio, including dose, date, time, injection site, and notes.

Tap "Log Shot"

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Log Shot button in the top right corner.
  2. You can also tap "Log Shot" on the "Shot Due" card if it appears.

Verify Date & Time

The app defaults to the current time. If you are logging a shot you took earlier, tap the date/time field to adjust it.

Confirm Medication

Your scheduled medication and dosage will be pre-filled. You can adjust the dosage here if this specific injection was different.

Select Injection Site

  1. Tap to select your injection site:
    • Thigh (Left/Right)
    • Abdomen (Left/Right)
    • Arm (Left/Right)
    • Buttock (Left/Right)
  2. Tip: Rotating your injection site is recommended.

Add Details (Optional)

  1. Pain Level: Select a pain level if you wish to track it.
  2. Notes: Add any specific notes about this injection (e.g., "bruised slightly").

Save

Tap Save. Your shot is now logged, and your schedule will update so the rest of your insights stay in sync.
