Body metric tracking

Log GLP-1 weight, calories, protein, or water in Dosio to keep your daily health metrics up to date.

Open the Dosio app to the Today screen.

Tap the "Add" (+) button on the "Daily Health Metrics" card, or select the specific metric you want to log.

Choose the metric type if not already selected

  • Weight: Track your body weight.
  • Calories: Log your daily caloric intake.
  • Protein: Track protein consumption in grams.
  • Water: Log your water intake.

Enter the value and adjust the time if necessary.

Tap "Save".

View History

You can view your history for each metric by tapping its card to expand the list of entries.
