Adding your first medication

Adding your medication to Dosio is quick and straightforward:

1. Navigate to Medications from the home screen and tap "Add Medication."
2. Select medication type - Choose from Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or other GLP-1 medications in the list.
3. Enter your dosage - Input your current dose (e.g., 0.5mg, 1mg, 2.5mg, 5mg) as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
4. Set injection frequency - Confirm it's a weekly injection schedule (default for GLP-1 medications).
5. Choose injection day - Select your preferred day of the week for injections.
6. Save - Your medication is now added and ready for tracking!

You can add multiple medications if needed, and edit medication details anytime from the Medications section in settings.
